Laps is a product owned and operated by The Runners Group Inc. (“The Runners Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how The Runners Group Inc. collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Laps mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Introduction

We built Laps to help people improve their focus, manage distractions, and use their time more intentionally.

We also believe that your privacy matters.

  1. Privacy comes first. We collect information only when it serves a legitimate purpose in operating or improving Laps.

Certain information made available through Apple’s Screen Time, Family Controls, DeviceActivity, or ManagedSettings frameworks may be restricted by Apple and handled according to Apple’s platform requirements.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Laps may offer paid subscriptions or other purchases through Apple’s App Store.

Payments are processed by Apple.

The Runners Group Inc. does not receive your complete credit card or payment card information from Apple.

We may receive information related to your purchase or subscription status so that we can provide access to paid features, restore purchases, manage entitlements, and provide customer support.

Your purchases through Apple are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

Information You Provide to Us

We may receive information directly from you when you:

  • Submit a bug report
  • Participate in a survey
  • Communicate with us by email or another support channel

You are not required to provide Personal Data unless it is necessary to use a particular feature or service.
